Marianne Williamson, in A Return to Love: Reflections on the Principles of A Course in Miracles, says “Our real self is the love within us. It’s the ‘child of God.’ The fearful self is an impostor. The return to love is the great cosmic drama, the personal journey from pretense to self, from pain to inner peace.”

In How to Love, Thich Nhat Hanh speaks of loving kindness, saying “You can’t offer happiness until you have it for yourself. So build a home inside by accepting yourself and learning to love and heal yourself.”

Thich Nhat Hanh also speaks of compassion, which is one of four aspects of love, saying “The second element of true love is compassion. Compassion is the capacity to understand the suffering in oneself and in the other person. If you understand your own suffering, you can help him to understand his suffering. Understanding suffering brings compassion and relief. You can transform your own suffering and help transform the suffering of the other person with the practice of mindfulness and looking deeply.”

You are created in and of this love. And you always have enough love within you to solve every problem. You need only to let go and “let God be God in you,” and to let Love be love in you—let Love BE you. For life is for loving.
