The Grace of Miracles – Lessons 63-69 -“In Forgiveness, I Shine My Light”

Forgiveness has been described by some as a mental bath—letting go of something that can only poison us within. Science supports that forgiveness results in less symptoms of psychological distress, such as feelings of nervousness, restlessness, and sadness. Scientists say that unforgiveness compromises the immune system at many levels, throwing off the production of important hormones and even disrupt the way our cells fight off infections, bacteria, and other physical disease. We have to release those things that are passing away in the old stage of evolution, while remembering and reaching toward those things that lie before us.

Here and now, I release all grievances, and open up a new space inside of me. I forgive everything that someone meant for evil―because God meant it for good.

I forgive every hater, every false accuser, every repeated lie because I am not carrying anything or anybody or any condition into this new consciousness because I am going to step into my greatness. I am going to claim my victory.
